A two-storey house in a village situated in the Central Bulgaria, within 2 hours driving from the Sofia airport. The village is between the town of Lovech and the town of Sevlievo – at equal distances of both towns – about 25 km. It is well-developed – there is water, electricity, telephones, public transport to Lovech and a groceries store. The house comprises two rooms and a cellar on the first floor and three rooms and a small lounge on the second floor. There is no bathroom – so needs one to be installed. The WC is outside. The yard is about half an acre and theview from it is astonishing – revealing the chain of Stara Planina Mountain.
