A two-floor cozy house in an quiet village situated in the central Bulgaria - 14 km from Dryanovo, 30 km from Veliko Tarnovo and 25 km from Gabrovo.

There is publict transport, shops and pubs in the village. Many foreigners have bought their summer homes in the village.
The house itself comprises 2 floors.
There is a kitchen, a living room, a bedroon and a cellar on the first floor. Also there is an old fire place.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor where there are 3 bedrooms. At present there is a bathroom on the first floor but in a bad condition. Little renovation is needed. Also a bathroom on the second floor can be easily installed.
The house is well preserved by its owners and needs just painting and installing of the bathrooms.
