We offer you a rural traditional Bulgarian house from the beginning of the 20-th century. It is built in the Central Balkans manner with environmentally clean materials.

The house is two-storey with total build-up area of 112.5 sq.m. (7.5x7.5).
The property is with area of 780 sq.m. and beside the house there are one summer kitchen – 10 sq.m. (4.0x2.5) and a two-storey secondary building – 54 sq.m. (6.0x4.5). The secondary building can be reconstructed into a guest house or a tavern. Behind the house is located a penthouse. The water is from a local source and is for free. The pipeline runs about 10 m away from the house but can be lay on into it. The house is located high in the mountains about 790 m above sea level in environmentally clean region. It is close to Yantra River springs. The name of the village is Dragancheva gradina. There are 10 more houses in it. The closest city is Gabrovo, which center is 17 km away. Gabrovo itself is right in the middle of Bulgaria. 7 km away from the property is situated Etara – the most famous rural open air museum in Bulgaria. Other attractions near by are Sokolski convent, Shipka pass, Buzludzha pick (which can be seen from the house), Bozhentci village, Drianovo monastery, the town of Triavna, and a little further Veliko Turnovo – the ancient capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom.
