Fees and agent commissions:

Agency commission:

For each property purchased with our help and assistance we charge 3% agency commission on the purchasing price or minimum of 500 Euros. Our commission is payable when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property. Our agents commission covers many important services which we provide for the buyer during the process of pruchasing - such as preparation of all necessary contracts, paperwork, communication costs. etc. We protect the rights of the buyer!Do not include the viewing expenses and research on the property.

Other expenses:

Depending on each property there are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, checks on the property ownership, etc. These additional charges are very small and usually around 3% of the price on the title deeds. These should be paid separately by the buyer.
